Sales Manager Cinema Solutions EMEA (m/f/d)
preferably located in the UK

In this role, you will nurture lasting relationships with our international partners and customers, further strengthening Sharp/NEC’s reputation within the cinema industry. As an enthusiastic and consultative salesperson, you pursue your goals with vigour, prioritising outstanding customer experiences.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales Management
- Develop the market by independently designing strategies to drive sales and achieve budget targets.
- Identify new markets and partners and manage successful implementation of business opportunities.
- Effectively assess and interpret customer needs, to specify and oversee the execution of customised solutions.
- Steer the sales cycle from lead generation and initial proposal through to contract finalisation and the provision of on-going support
- Market intelligence and internal collaboration
- Analyse market data and monitor the competitive environment.
- Use business intelligence and CRM tools to prepare forecasts and quotations.
- Cross-disciplinary collaboration with marketing, product management, engineering and service departments.
- Liaise with both finance and legal departments to develop financing offers and negotiate contracts.
- Coordination with global teams for large scale international projects
- Company representation
- Sustain long lasting business relationships at all levels, demonstrating integrity and trust.
- Represent Sharp/NEC at key national and international trade events such as Cinemacon, CineEurope and UKCA.
- Be a thought leader in cinema trends, liaising with cinema associations, e.g. ICTA, UNIC, CNC, CTC and providing comment to relevant trade press
Key Requirements
- Proven sales experience
- Relevant solid sales experience in the display, projector or cinema industry within an international business environment.
- Education in business administration or technical studies, or comparable training.
- Good understanding of cinema operations.
- Customer-centred communication skills
- Clarity and transparency are essential in all communications with excellent written and verbal English.
- Knowledge of other languages, e.g. French and Spanish, is an advantage.
- Ability to present, negotiate and collaborate with conviction, building trust and credibility with all stakeholders.
- A results-driven approach, with a sensitive understanding of customer needs

- A willingness to travel internationally, building face-to-face relationships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders
