  • Exchange Service (ES) for countries of the European Union, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Iceland - Replacement and/or Repair
  • Collect, Repair and Return (CRR) for selected EMEA countries

Terms:
  • to be purchased with the product
  • "Dead on Arrival" (DOA) term extended to 45 days after delivery
  • if damage occurs within 45 days after delivery: Exchange Service (new product)
  • if damage occurs after 45 days after delivery: Exchange Service (refurbished product, same model)

Usage:
  • DOA limited to 20 hrs of usage

Conditions:
  • limited to 3 years standard warranty period
