A shared vision – ISE 2020 recap
At NEC we believe that effective communication is multi-directional; through open and transparent channels of communication we can all work together in greater cooperation for better outcomes. Sharing workspace, sharing ideas, sharing information, sharing tools and sharing emotions; we become better team players, not only in the workplace but across all aspects of life.
As a result, at ISE 2020 we discussed with our partners how we can help to create a shared vision of the future, working with end users and resellers alike to not only choose the right display products, but to work collaboratively to find the full solution to the challenges they will face in the future.
We aim to break down barriers: physically (we had a very open plan ISE stand, for which we won again the Stand Design Award, organized by the EXHIBITOR magazine!); metaphorically, by working more collaboratively with our partners and in terms of connectivity via numerous feature sets and alliance partners.
Here is an overview of all areas and products:
- NEC RMS allows you to maintain a bird's eye view of your workspaces by providing custom dashboards, real-time reporting, performance alerts and scheduled reporting. You can also manage your Quicklaunch enabled rooms with configuration templates and settings.
- It allows you to optimise the usage of your workspaces; by quickly identifying under-utilised rooms and equipment, you’ll be able to optimise operational planning to maximize your ROI.
- The system allows you to turn insight into action to maximise collaborative experiences and workspace usage. You’ll be able to track workspace utilisation as well as usage of applications and conference providers, track unattended meetings and understand ways to optimise space usage.
