Display solutions leader launches new one-cable USB-C desktop displays for office and home environments

Munich, 13 January –Sharp NEC Display Solutions Europe has held the simultaneous launch of its 27-inch NEC MultiSync® EA272F and 24-inch NEC MultiSync® NEC EA242F desktop displays. With a built-in USB-C port users can meet all their data, video, audio, power and USB connection needs without taking up unnecessary desk space.

Both displays power workstation and notebook devices through a single 65W USB-C connector cable, with no docking station required. Users can also easily set up multiple displays using DisplayPort-out to Daisy-chain displays together, with no need for additional cabling. One can still enjoy the full flexibility by connecting devices via HDMI, DisplayPort, VGA, USB and Audio making both models the ideal companion for a dual-screen desk setup.

Health and well-being were major design priorities. User comfort is provided by the displays’ full height adjustment, tilt, pivot and swivel supporting customised personal setup. The screens’ built- in, low blue light technologies also guard against eye fatigue without compromising on colour performance.

With its 27-inch screen, the NEC MultiSync® EA272F is suited to any office application. The smaller NEC MultiSync® EA242F, meanwhile, is ideal for the home office where space is limited.
