Sharp/NEC to pre-view the new NEC P627UL laser projector for Higher Education and Corporate Meeting Room usage at ISE 2023
Munich January 19, 2023 – Sharp NEC Display Solutions Europe is launching its latest laser projector: the NEC P627UL. The new model requires zero filter and lamp replacement thanks to its completely sealed optical engine and laser light source. Paired with a minimal power consumption, the P627UL ensures low operational costs, making it ideal for usage in higher education as well as in corporate meeting rooms. Visitors of the Sharp/NEC booth at Integrated Systems Europe 2023 (Hall 3, E600) from January 31st through February 3rd, Fira Barcelona, Spain, will get a sneak preview of the new projector.
Innovation grounded in the true needs of the user results in the P627UL, a laser projector that is so silent it goes unnoticed yet for the 6,200 ANSI lumen image projection, perfectly visible in brightly lit spaces. A new standard in silent operation, 22dB in Eco mode is quieter than the ticking of a watch and is unsurpassed by any other installation projector. With 4K@30Hz input processing, comprehensive connectivity and supporting WUXGA resolution, the future-proofed projector delivers an eye-pleasing visual experience.
Requiring zero maintenance over its long 20,000 hour lifespan, the completely sealed optical engine and laser light source means filter and lamp replacement is obsolete; paired with a minimal power consumption of just 318W in normal mode, the P627UL ensures low operational costs. With optional WiFi and embedded MultiPresenter function for wireless presentation and screen sharing, this is the ideal meeting room and classroom tool, which also meets the needs of rental and staging companies and digital signage use cases.
“The new NEC P627UL laser projector is super silent, yet brilliantly versatile”, said Alistair Round, Product Manager Commercial Displays and Business Projectors at Sharp NEC Display Solutions Europe. “Thanks to its filter-free design, its laser light source, as well as its sealed and dust-protected optical laser engine, users benefit from a worry- and maintenance-free projection over the projector lifespan of up to 20,000 hours. The low noise level of only 22dB will never disturb meeting and conferencing scenarios. The NEC P627UL makes all that and more possible at an affordable price level!”
The NEC P627UL laser projector will be pre-viewed on show for the first time at the Sharp/NEC stand at ISE 2023 (stand E600, Hall 3), from January 31st through February 3rd, Fira Barcelona, Spain. It will be available on the market as of March 2023.
