Control, monitor, and manage your display and projector settings in an all-in-one support system with NaViSet Administrator. NaViSet Administrator provides unified control and asset management across product lines through an intuitive graphical user interface and allows for settings to be updated, tasks to be queried and reports to be generated for Sharp and NEC products.

Expand this support via NaViSet Server Edition by providing enterprise level display management such as multi-user support with secured communication and logging by running as an on-premises server with remote access.

Monitor and control your Sharp and NEC display devices across your entire network while reducing administration effort and costs.

  • Ease operation of displays throughout the organization - remotely adjust almost any parameter or setting found within the On Screen Display menu 
  • Simplify location tracking of devices and maintenance of assets – assign electronic asset tags to the devices
  • Detailed analysis of devices and usage - gather valuable information pertaining to a Windows computer such as model name, OS version, memory and CPU (Windows version only). Any information that is gathered about connected devices is stored in a local database and can be exported for later review
  • Automatically issue email alerts – any time a diagnostic error is reported by a device or a setting has been changed or a device is approaching the end of its normal life cycle
  • Avoid lost productivity due to equipment warm-up - sort connected devices into groups to help organize collections of display and computers
  • Support green computing by enabling proactive maintenance


Key Functions

Monitor
  • Provide information about connected devices, including current display settings, runtime hours and predictive statistics
  • Monitor Windows computers including slot-in PCs (internal temperatures, internal fan speeds) and operating system (CPU usage, available memory) resources
  • Schedule periodic polling for singular or multiple devices at specific times or on demand
  • Sort connected devices into groups to help organize collections of display and computers
  • Generate reports by compiling information from any connected device for asset management or monitoring usage (for example, energy savings and usage)
  • Save results from these reports to the internal database or send to the clipboard, a spreadsheet or a delimited text file


Control

  • Control any display setting interactively, remotely over a LAN, including power, input, brightness, etc.
  • Remotely control Windows computers (restart, shutdown, wakeup)
  • Easily create scheduled or on-demand tasks allowing one to instantly change settings, check parameters, schedule alerts  and read status updates across the entire network
Manage
  • Confirm settings and set up notifications to provide alerts when devices are malfunctioning
  • Assign an electronic Asset Tag to a device to provide a secure method of tracking an product over a network
