ES - Exchange Service *

A refurbished buffer unit of the same or higher specifications is delivered to the customer and the Authorized Service Centre (ASC) arranges the collection of the customer’s faulty unit.
The customer keeps the replacement unit. Sharp/NEC repairs and refurbishes the defect unit and re-uses it for other cases. The transportation costs - both ways – are covered by Sharp/NEC.

Product-Support-Services_DOA

DOA Service *

A fabric new unit of same or higher specifications is delivered to the customer and the Authorized Service Center (ASC) arranges the collection of the customer’s faulty unit. The customer keeps the replacement unit. Sharp/NEC repairs and refurbishes the defect unit and re-uses it for other cases. The transportation costs - both ways – are covered by Sharp/NEC.

Note: the DOA service is available within the first 15 days upon date of purchase.

Product-Support-Services_CRR

CRR - Collect, Repair & Return Service *

The Authorized Service Center (ASC) arranges the collection of the defect unit, repairs it and returns it to the customer once the repair is completed. The transportation costs - both ways – are covered by Sharp/NEC.

Product-Support-Services_RTB

RTB - Return to Base Service *

The customer brings - or sends – the unit to an Authorized Service Centre (ASC) on his behalf. The ASC repairs it and returns it to the customer once the repair is completed. The costs for the return of the unit to the customer are covered by Sharp/NEC.

Product-Support-Services_Demontage-Neuinstallationsservice

De-/Re-Install Service *

De-/Re-Install Service includes a next business day on-site visit by a qualified technician. Upon evaluation of the fault, the technician will either repair the fault on-site or replace the product.

  • Next business day service
  • Delivery of replacement unit to customer site
  • On-site replacement by technician
  • De-install defective unit
  • Re-install replacement unit
  • Functional test of the replacement unit
  • Collection of defective unit from customer site

* This service is currently available in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom. Mainlands only. Other countries to follow.


Product-Support-Services_Vor-Ort-Service

On-Site Service *

An On-Site Service is available for Large Format Displays. In case of a technical defect, a technician will be dispatched and repair the unit on-site. If repair is not possible, the unit will be replaced.
